I am very excited to announce that I will be hosting an online wellness event on September 21st from 7pm to 8pm. During this time, we will discuss the biology and psychology behind stress. We will also discuss how mindful activities can assist with stress management and WHY it’s so important for our emotional and physical health. We will end the event with a comfy cozy Yoga Nidra Practice as well. No prior experience with mindfulness or yoga required! You just need yourself and a computer! Spots are limited to 20 people and tickets are on sale today!
